About Debi Borger

I had a good childhood—nothing out of the ordinary. I was raised in a middle-class family in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. I graduated from Temple University with a dual degree in Education. After taking a gap year in Costa Rica, I returned to teaching in the classroom. I quickly shifted gears to become an Aquatics Director and physical education teacher.

This shift started me down the path of fitness, but having been diagnosed with scoliosis at an early age and degenerative disc disease in my later years, finding a way to stay strong and healthy became my life goal. For years, I focused on proper strength training that would not only strengthen my back muscles but also my emotional spirit.

In 2021, I had no other options but to have back surgery. Even after, strength training remains my personal solace. Having back surgery was not the only challenge I would face in my life.

I may have had a great childhood and a loving family, but I have had a challenging adult life. At an early age, I mourned many losses, endured several failed toxic and abusive relationships, and suffered in silence with drinking issues. All of which I stubbornly battled alone. I’m proud to now be over a decade sober and that inner strength is what drives me to help others around me. It’s been incredible to watch and support my clients on their wellness journey.

I’ve had the pleasure of traveling and working with clients in places such as Philadelphia, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Maryland and New Jersey Eastern shores, Cape Cod, Colorado, and South Florida. I am honored and grateful that my community continues to grow with me worldwide.

Catalyst for The E3 Method

After my most recent ‘lifequake’, as I call it, I began to document my healing journey and the steps I took to rebuild my entire life from the ashes. Every panic attack in the middle of the night, every brown box internationally packed and moved, every rejected job application or half-ass workout has shaped the program I have created for you.

I've been in the trenches where you are. I have felt the anger and frustration that brings you to tears and the despair that causes you to fall to your knees. I’ve been paralyzed in my own mind - not knowing where to start first.  I almost gave up too.

No, it's not fair. It may not even be your fault.

But it IS SURVIVABLE!

Starting Together

Throughout my recovery journey, which revealed my true dreams and aspirations, I've realized that three key areas of our lives—fitness, nutrition, and mindset — can help us out of the trenches and back onto the playing field if we focus on them daily.

So dust off your knees, roll up your sleeves, and let's discuss the E3 Method. What's stopping you from reinventing, reigniting and redesigning your life?
